Registration:

Registration is required to attend, this opens via the link above at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday.

Cost:

Mini Golf will cost each student $5 to play. This will need to be paid to Pastor Crystal at the church before walking to Sir Admiral Johns.

Details:

We’re taking a break from our usual events to celebrate the end of the school year, enjoy the sunshine, and socializing with our friends (in a safe, mask-wearing-socially-distant-manner), before we make our transition our summer schedule of Wednesday evenings!

Grades 6-12+ are invited to join us for this event!

This is our SECOND time reuniting as a full youth group! We are looking forward to a social evening with our friends!

This evening will be a little different, and so please read the details/changes below.

7:30 PM - Students meet at Bethesda parking lot before walking to Sir Admiral Johns.

7:40 PM - Students and leaders will walk along the sidewalk to McDonald Drive Elementary cross walk and then cross the street to Kenny’s Pond Park and Sir Admiral Johns. Students will be expected to walk safely in their friend groups/bubbles and cross only at designated cross walk.

7:45 PM - Check in to golf at Sir Admiral Johns. Students will be golfing through the course with their small group/cohorts.

8:50 PM - Students all meet back at Sir Admiral John’s parking lot to walk together back to the church.

9:00 PM - Parents pick up students on the Bethesda Parking lot. We may send them home with a treat or two.

Other things to consider:

Wear sunscreen.
There are concessions for sale at Sir Admiral John’s if you’d like to bring extra money to buy a snack.
This is a great event to invite or bring a friend to.
If you’re a parent of a younger student who would like to be nearby, you’re welcome to be in the area. Or if you have concerns about the walk, you can drop them off at Sir Admiral John’s parking lot at the time we’re expected to arrive there.
