LASER TAG at Frontline Action

Registration & Waivers Required!

Here are the various steps you need to keep in mind:

Registration is Required
Frontline Waiver is Required (print copy here)
Lytehouse Offsite Waiver is Required (printed copies available at the church office)
Transportation is not provided
Meet outside Frontline Action by 7 PM. Event concludes at 9:00/9:30 PM, parents/guardians should be there to pick up students promptly.
Student’s will be provided PIZZA and drinks during the event.
Cost is $10 per student to be paid to leaders, or prepaid by parents online. (EMT’s can be sent to give@bethesda.ca with LYM laser tag in the memo).
