  • Pre-Registration opens on Monday, September 9th at 12:00 PM here. Pre-Registration is not complete without payment of registration deposit.

  • EMT registration deposit of $100 to give@bethesda.ca with MEMO in EMT including Students Name and Imagine Youth. (Alternate payment methods available on request, contact us).

  • Submit the full registration forms to the church office or at Lytehouse on or before September 20th.

  • Full cost must be paid by Friday, October 4th.

 
 

About Imagine

Imagine Youth Conference is returning for it’s second Thanksgiving Weekend! This is a biennial 2-night weekend for teens, purposefully designed to provide opportunities for students to explore faith in an environment suited for spiritual growth and the development of meaningful relationships with peers and mentors, amidst all sorts of excitement with incredible teaching and worship.*

Friday, October 11 - Sunday, October 13

Since this event takes place in Gander NL, Students will miss some school on Friday, October 11th as they meet at noon to catch the chartered bus to travel to Gander for the weekend. Students leave Gander at roughly noon on Sunday, October 13th to begin the return trip to St. John’s.

Costs:

  • Registration Cost: $100/Student

  • Travel: $105/Student

  • Hotel: $100/Student (two nights at Sinbads Hotel in Gander, breakfasts included)

  • Two Meals Provided by LYM (Friday Dinner & Sunday Lunch)

  • Subsidy: Lytehouse is covering $45 per student to help with the costs to families/caregivers.

Total $260/Student

If the $260 registration fee’s are too substantial for your current financial circumstances, please contact Pastor Crystal to discuss sponsorship.

Age designation:

• Students must be in Grades 7-12+ in September 2024 in order to attend.

Registration

Our capacity for this event is limited by the following:

  • Venue Limitation (once venue hits it’s max capacity for this event - no additional tickets will be available)

  • Accommodations (we have booked a block of rooms for this event and cannot exceed room capacity).

  • Transportation (our coach bus is able to facilitate a limited number of students).

Because of these limitations, our registration will be first come first served - we will take as many students as these above factors allow. To secure a space at this event, please register to join us and pay your registration deposit before September 20th. If additional space remains following this date for students - we will continue to promote and advertise the event.

Donate

If you would like to sponsor the cost of a student attending this camp, please provide $305 for the full cost of a student, or give what you can. If giving online, select Youth Registrations as the area to designate your giving. You can also give on a Sunday via the debit machine, or cheque/cash in an envelope and note ‘Youth Sponsor’ on the envelope.

*Imagine Youth Conference is taking the place of YCNL on Thanksgiving Weekend. It is a smaller event in capacity and will take place at Evangel Church in Gander, NL. For those familiar with YC - the conference intends to include some of the same mission and purpose of YC - under the new banner of Imagine.
